Our story

We built the firm we wished we could have hired

Preecursor was founded on a frustration our partners had lived from both sides of the table: the people who could frame the AI strategy were rarely the people who could build it, and the gap between the two was where most initiatives quietly died.

So we built the firm we wished we could have hired. Small by design. Senior by default. The same people who diagnose the opportunity stay through to the production system — no handoff to a junior bench, no second statement of work to make the pilot real.

Today we work with a deliberately short list of clients in the rooms where the standard gets set: global banks, Fortune 200 industrials, national health networks. We measure ourselves the way they do — against a number we agreed to move — and we leave when their people can run and improve the system without us.
